Suresh applies his 20 years of experience in design and construction in India to managing the delivery of the major projects at Assetz. Over the past two decades he has developed his experience with Larsen & Toubro, ECC construction group, RSP Architects & Bovis Lend Lease. Projects delivered under his management include Kanteerava Indoor Stadium, South City Residential Complex, Metro Cash & Carry, SAP Labs & BPB India Gypsum manufacturing project. Anil Bhatta  -  CFO
Anil Bhatta has over 10 years experience in Financial and Operational Management. He applies this experience across the Assetz Group, leading the finance function as well as supporting our project specific capital and accounting needs. Anil has extensive experience in all aspects of financial operations within the project management, construction, engineering and service industries. Prior to working with Assetz, he was part of the Bovis Lend Lease team in both India and Singapore managing the respective geographic finance functions.

Vimala Talla  -  Director Planning
Vimala Talla leads the master planning and architectural team at Assetz and brings over 10 years experience in the field of master planning and architecture from Singapore, China, the Middle East and India. She has extensive experience on projects related to special economic zones, information technology parks; industrial estates, mixed use developments, integrated town ship development, cluster housing and institutional buildings. Prior to joining Assetz, she was heading the master planning division for Indian projects for Jurong Consultants, based out of Singapore.
